What delivery methods are available and how much does it cost?
We like to keep things simple and as result we have decided to subsidise the delivery fee, enabling us to offer you the following:
- Free overnight local shipping to your nearest Post Office (counter-to-counter) on all product orders with a total product value over R350.
- A flat fee of R59.00 for Door-to-Door courier or orders with a total product value less than R350.
As soon as we have received your payment, we will send your parcel via the option you selected:
- Overnight Post Office – Counter-to-Counter @ R59 (Orders less than R350) ETA: 2-4 business days for items in stock
- Overnight Courier – Door-to-Door @ R59 ETA: 2-4 business days for items in stock
Due to the fact that courier services do not operate over weekends and public holidays, items ordered on these days will ship on the first following business day.
Where do you deliver to?
Anywhere in South Africa where a Post Office or Courier Service is available!
Some deliveries to rural areas may take a little longer due to courier schedules.
What if I don’t receive my parcel?
We understand that you are excited and cannot wait to receive your parcel. As result, we will keep you informed every step of the way. All parcels have a tracking number assigned by the courier services and will be confirmed delivered with your signature.
Will you let me know if there is a problem / delay with my delivery?
Of course! If there are any unforeseen circumstances that could affect the delivery time of your order, we will let you know as soon possible! Some of these circumstances could include, but are not limited to:
- Strikes, delayed airplanes or any reason beyond our control involving the courier & postal service.
- Due to suppliers or items selling out, some of our items may not be in stock and could delay your delivery.
We believe in taking responsibility, but sometimes, where 3rd parties (couriers, etc.) are involved, we can’t be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your order / delivery.
Will my order be discreetly packaged when it arrives?
Yes! Your privacy is our first priority. All items are securely wrapped in brown paper and then carefully placed into a tamper proof plastic parcel bag. There won’t be any branding visible on the courier bag or the wrapping paper around your parcel. This means your parcel is 100% discreet.
What about returns, should my product be faulty?
Due to the intimate nature of our products we only accept returns if:
- The package has been unopened & not used
- The item is defective
- We are notified within 48 hours of you receiving the product
We do not accept returns for:
In the event that you need to send an item back to us due to it being defective, we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
We send you brand new goods and ask that you please keep the health and safety of our staff in mind and return the courtesy by not sending us any “used” items.
