- All orders & paperwork are wrapped in brown paper and placed in a secure courier bag
- There are no stickers, logos or paperwork visible on the wrapping or courier bag that indicates the nature of the product or our business
- The waybill will state that the contents is from Wink e-Commerce
- We will only send email to the private email address you used to sign up to our newsletters
- When you complete a transaction, on your bank account it will not reflect as “Sinsations” or anything that could indicate the nature of our business
- All of our staff have signed Confidentiality Agreements that bind them to keep your details and dealing with us as strictly confidential

- We use PayFast as our preferred payment gateway for all transactions (www.payfast.co.za)
- As result of using PayFast, we will never see or have access to any of your credit card information and all sensitive information are encrypted on their secure database
- 3D Secure is used for all Credit Card transactions over R1000
- PayFast makes use of Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. This is the highest level of encryption currently available
Alternatively, you also have the option to do a direct EFT to us from your bank, but we would like to remind you that this might delay your order slightly as we need to wait for the funds to clear.
